Based on the results of the pretest and posttest, it can be seen that the average value of the pretest is 57.60 and the average value obtained from the posttest is 84.60. The abilities that can be assessed are the pretest and posttest which are processed and then compared using the Wilcoxon sign rank test. The type of research used is quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental by using a single group design is one group pretest-posttest, which uses as many as five deaf children as the subject.

The purpose of the research was to prove that the purpose of this study was to prove the effectiveness of the video tutorials in making rose flower string art for deaf children in class X at SLB Perwari Padang. The problem that can be found is that the child has not been able to make rose string art which has never been taught to children before. The background of the problem in this study was to see the Effectiveness of Video Tutorial Media in Making Rose Flower String Art for Deaf Children at SLB Perwari, Padang.
